Bon Bon CoLiving Does Not Serve Lease Term Less Than 30 Continuous Days

In compliance with the Hotel and Guesthouse Accommodation Ordinance (Cap 349) of Hong Kong, Bon Bon CoLiving does not serve any leasing term which is less than 30 continuous days.

According to the Hotel and Guesthouse Accommodation Ordinance (Cap 349), an license is required if any premises is operating as a “hotel” or “guesthouse” , while such means any premises being held out in which sleeping accommodation is provided for any person presenting himself who appears able and willing to pay a reasonable sum for the services and facilities provided for a period of less than 28 continuous days.
